Classify & extract on upload
The AI reads each document once it's ready and determines its document class, key dates and a short summary — automatically, as the batch arrives. There's no separate 'run analysis' step to trigger.

Land in structured fields
Output is structured — a document class, dates, a description — not loose prose. That's the point: the values drop straight into the Review table and become the content of your Document Index, rather than a note off to the side.

You confirm or correct
Review opens with the AI's proposals already in place, so your job is to check and adjust rather than start from scratch. Re-run the AI on a document and it replaces only its own suggestions — anything you've corrected by hand is kept.
