Billing Cycle: All BriefTech plans follow a monthly billing cycle. You’ll receive an invoice at the start of each month based on your usage in the previous month. Payment Terms: Payments are due within 30 days of receiving the invoice. Payment Methods: We accept major payment methods including bank transfer, paynow or cheque. If you have a preference for alternative payment methods, feel free to reach out to us to enquire. Late Payment: A 1.5% late payment fee may apply for overdue invoices beyond 30 days. Please ensure timely payment to avoid service interruptions.
Yes, each matter will be invoiced individually. This allows you to easily seek disbursement from your client, reflecting the fees incurred for each specific matter.
